It is very important to us that we cause as little disruption to your business day as possible and that we make you feel confident that everything has been taken care of. Our on-site pre-job walkthrough process was developed to answer any questions you have, and to help us best determine how and where we set the project up. It's important to us that you won't have to worry and you won't be bothered with questions later while you are trying to work.
Things You Can Expect To Be Discussed:
- Explanations of the materials and weather-based considerations
- Rain and water-based coatings
- The effect of wind, such as ripple effects
- Wind and spray carry (blow by) to other locations
- Possible temperature effects
- Locations of employee and customer/visitor vehicles and blow-by considerations
- Noise - can the staff or clients hear?
- Where to set up equipment and staging areas
- Access to the roof and property damage considerations
- Areas that can and should be blocked off
- Water hookups if power wash needed
- Customer Requirements
- Isolation from customers and/or employees?
- Use of facilities (toilets etc) and/or use of portable latrines
- Facility safety protocol requirements?
- Dress codes & professional appearance?
- Safety plans and access/egress
