Some leaks only show up when there is heavy rainfall. Leaks usually start out small and with every rain more water seeps into the roof, damaging surrounding areas and worsening the leak.

Once a leak reaches critical stages you may begin to see signs on the ceiling and in the structure of the building. Some signs require immediate attention such as dripping water from vents, water stains forming on the ceiling and mold forming on walls.

Even before these visible signs, you may notice heightened humidity and condensation on windows.

If your building has any signs of water leakage we can help identify if the source is your roof and what to do about it. Just give us a call at 612-708-4111.
