EPDM (rubber) Restoration System

Here is an example of an EPDM roof that we have restored. Seam areas of the EPDM roof are fabric reinforced using polyester fabric and acrylic latex elastomeric coatings. The entire roofreceives a highly reflective white elastomeric top coat to reduce thermal shock as well as expansion and contraction. The result is a waterproof and energy efficient roof waterproofing system.
